Back To The Groove

“Back To The Groove” is something that defines the 60’s and 70’s comeback in popular culture. The aim was to grasp the feeling of those decades and add that modern-day touch. It’s all about funky prints, bold colours and personality. It’s about showing off your vibrant individuality and just enjoying it.

Note from the stylist:

“The editorial has been done a studio, using backdrops and props that complimented the looks, which was very important to us. I think Vanessa was the perfect model for this as of her unique look and fun personality. Tyra, the photographer knows how to work with angles and interesting poses, and she wanted to add that 70’s spirit through editing thus the results are incredible. India is a very skilled make-up artist that made Vanessa’s features pop, and me, the stylist, I just loved putting these looks together, which had this funky print and bold colours.”
