There is a certain magic to how the Disco shoots come together. Their nostalgic character is always deeply personal as our contributors invite the viewers to their interpretation of what the past was like. Similarly, this time, when Shelby (the photographer) was inspired by Ardens (the stylist) beautiful home, in itself a nod to the seventies.

The cultural phenomena around winning an Oscar, its power and significance are incomparable.
